All four matches of the round, as well as the return match between Lanús and Flamengo from Brazil in the South American Recopa, scheduled for this Thursday, are canceled due to the general strike called by the General Confederation of Labor (CGT). According to information from the Argentine News Agency (NA), the Union of Workers of Sports and Civil Entities (Utedyc) has joined this strike, and the clubs are already considering the possibility of postponing all matches scheduled for this Thursday. Regarding the Argentine Championship, four matches were to take place in the sixth round. In the first of them, Defensa y Justicia was to receive Belgrano de Córdoba at 5:15 PM, at the same time San Lorenzo was to face Estudiantes de Río Cuarto at the "Nuevo Gasómetro". Later, at 7:30 PM, two more matches were to be played. Independiente Rivadavia de Mendoza was to receive Independiente, one of the most attractive matches of the round, while Instituto de Córdoba was to host Atlético Tucumán. Additionally, Lanús was to receive Flamengo from Brazil in the return leg of the South American Recopa.
